Kenneth M. Fulmer, 36, a resident of Montoursville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, Ken was the husband of Heather M. (Kreger) Fulmer with whom he celebrated a 9th wedding anniversary on July 12, 2012. He was a 1996 graduate of Montgomery High School and honorably served with the U.S. Marines during the Gulf War. Ken was employed as a Correctional Officer at SCI at Muncy. Ken was a member of the former Christ Lutheran Church at Montgomery, PA. He was an avid trout fisherman and enjoyed camping. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two children, Kaden Fulmer; Alonna Fulmer; one sister, Susan M. Spega, Linden, PA and one brother, Stephen M. Fulmer, Germany. Ken is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted from the St. John Lutheran "Brick" Church, 196 Brick Church Road, Montgomery, PA at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 with Rev. Viking E. Dietrich, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church, officiating. Friends may call on Saturday from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. at the church. Military honors will be accorded by the joint veterans organizations.
